Living Witness Music featured music video, “Happy” by Kara Nichole.

WEBSITE: https://www.karanichole.com

Kara Nichole [Robinson] is a Billboard Charting, Gospel and Contemporary Christian Music (CCM) recording artist, songwriter, girls “life-coach” and mother. She has had the privilege of sharing the stage with great artists as: Martha Munizzi, Donnie McClurkin, and Kirk Franklin…just to name a few!

In December 2012 she released her first EP entitled, “Kara Nichole” produced by Saiza Inc. Records with some of her top hits as, “Position Yourself,” “Daddy Forever” and “I Will Run.” This album has an eclectic blend of gospel, jazz, and acoustic-soul smoothed over by her early roots in contemporary worship music.
In March 2016 Kara Nichole’s second EP entitled “Happy” by Stellar nominated producer Levester White at PUREMedia was released the same day as her EP release at South-By-South-West (SXSW) Kingdom Experience in Austin, TX hosted by Kirk Franklin…featuring the Walls Group, Virtue, T-Bone, Da Truth and many more artists! This EP shows her maturity and growth over the past few years, and will move your heart, warm your soul, and make you shout for joy!

In August 2017 Kara Nichole’s third EP entitled “He’s Coming Back!” by (again) Levester White, Saiza Inc. Records, and Wayne Hill (Golden World Music) was released at the “Without Fail, Recover All” Women’s Conference in Austin, TX. This EP captures songs ranging from reggae and calypso to rhythm and blues, and back around to her passion of contemporary Christian music. There are songs that make you want to love your fellowman as in “Love Knows No Color” to songs that make you just want to leave this world and go to a better place in the air as in “You Still Love Me”. This EP has it all!

In January 2018 Kara Nichole decided to take her song “Jesus”, off the 2016 EP entitled “Happy” and make a radio edit for the airwaves. The song JESUS is climbing the Billboard charts topping at #60, and is wrapped in the chorus “where would I be without you” and ends in Kara Nichole’s personal testimony “you are everything”.

November 2018 she also ushered in the holiday season with the song entitled “The Reason Why”. She provided an upbeat message of spiritual worship that will make your holiday full of cheer as you focus on the real reason for the season, Jesus!

In January 2019 Kara Nichole re-released her song “Happy”, from the 2016 EP entitled “Happy” and also made it a radio edit for the airwaves. This song is sure to get you excited for what God has done and will do this year!

Lyrics:
Everytime
I don’t wanna tie, I need to win it everytime
They wanna connect, bet I know the reason why
I lost a couple friends, we gon celebrate their lives
Everytime, yea, every every time
If we pop up in your city, we gon shut it down
I got to rep the squad even if I’m out of town
My circle’s extra small, yea, we don’t play around
You know how we do it
Every every time

We are not the same, there’s a disconnect
These rappers buy a chain with chains around they neck, whoa
I do it for the people who got nothing left
And if I did it for the money I would probably quit
That’s real tho
Lately I’ve been feeling insecure
I want to make the music people can’t ignore
And talking to God is feeling more like a chore
I can’t go back to the way things were before
Feel like I’m stuck here
Running out of luck here
Success equals love here
But that don’t mean too much yea
Finding peace inside of me
Self-fulfilling prophecy
Until they see the God in me

Everytime I think about my childhood, it starts up in ‘89
Nickelodeon watching Double Dare with the slime
Time was so much simpler wishing I could go back
But the future is now upon us adapt, or you could get left back
Who do we make music for, all of y’all for sure
If you’re listening to this song that means we’re ‘bout to tour
That means merch ‘bout to be so proper, rappers falling for these cheapo offers, that’s beyond me

It’s obvious we’ve been working, working‘
Bout to monkey wrench the game again on purpose
The boys are back in town, just in time for service
I wake up every morning knowing I don’t deserve this
I’m living out my dreams like I always knew
All these arenas I hope We hit Barclays soon
Or Madison Square, you know 1 call and we there, be aware everytime

Jam-packed with riveting beats, compelling lyrics and loads of energy, South Florida Hip-Hop duo Social Club Misfits is the result of two distinctive personalities meshing together to create an invigorating sound. Comprised of Martin Santiago (Marty) and Fernando Miranda (Fern), the self-monikered “”Misfits”” are disruptors in every sense, challenging norms and bringing other misfits along for the ride. With a host of projects and EPs under their belt, including the Billboard-charting full lengths INTO THE NIGHT, The Misadventures, Misfits 2 and US, the Dove Award winning rappers have made a sport of pushing boundaries and redefining the possibilities of what faith-based music can accomplish. From headlining sold out tours across the country to spawning imitators the world over, it’s clear the duo has struck a chord with listeners from all walks of life. “

This visual takes a trip back in time through the life of Jay-May, that led to his life changing decision to come to Christ. It’s inspired by real life events with a goal to recreate and capture that period.

Lyrics to First Time by Jay-May:

Verse 1
Smoke clouds in a dark room; liquor on the table everybody in the mood
Grinding to some tunes conversating drinks consumed
Room full of people but I’m lonely, thoughts are so confused
But can’t even put my finger on it,
this is not where I should be I need to bounce from it
It’s like a voice talking to me, is that common
Telling me that I should change but I need to sleep up on it

Chorus
Heart can’t sleep, oh, to much going on inside my head
This is me, oh, I finally understand just what you said
For the first time

Verse 2
Had a dream kind of eerie, with a message that was clearly
Spoken to me how my mind was engrossed by a flurry
Of bugs representing all the darkness I was keeping
Open up the (re)frigerator from the lights they started leaving
I am thinking really deep, is something taking over me?
Instead of staying in to sleep, I wake up early hit the streets
Go to church for the first time since I was a teen
I need some answers to these thoughts and the meaning to this dream

Chorus
Heart can’t sleep, oh, to much going on inside my head
This is me, oh, I finally understand just what you said
For the first time

Verse 3
Heard the service from the Pastor, talked to him after
Ask him a gang of questions trying to capture
All of thee emotions the dreams, I was toasting
In the club a while ago now I’m feeling broken
He told me put my hope in Christ who died for my sins
Open up yo heart, have faith in him let him in
He forgive yo sin and accept you as you is
And that voice that you heard it was His

Chorus
For the first time

Jon Kieth is a Hip-Hop and R&B artist originally from southeast San Diego, California. Jon was born to loving parents in a faith-based home and remembers having an affinity for country music. It wasn’t until hearing a San Diego rapper named Clister at the David’s Harp Foundation that Jon Kieth discovered his love for Hip-Hop. Soon, Jon began making his own music, eventually connecting with Kings Dream Entertainment after meeting Ruslan at local events.

Jon’s first album, “Lost Boys,” proved to be a major success, receiving critical acclaim and garnering public praise from artists like Lecrae and Derek Minor. Because of the growing influence of Jon’s music, he’s been featured on Apple music’s front page and on YouTube channels with millions of views.

Paul Russell is a 20-year old musician and a Junior at Cornell University. During his early life, Paul’s family moved around the Atlanta area from Decatur to Stone Mountain (his sister attended the same high school as Donald Glover) to John’s Creek, before settling down in a Allen, Texas, a small Dallas suburb. To Paul, the ‘where’ of his story is critical because each town has helped to develop his understanding of the racial and socioeconomic differences that shape our world. These differences are major themes he often explores in his music.

Though Paul cites the rap battles in his middle school hallway as the true start to his interest in music, his first onstage performance was at a worship service in a church in the Dallas area. He soon began to write original music for a senior project and performed his first set of original songs alongside Jet Trouble at a show at a friend’s house. Since then, he’s been writing songs and regularly performing at venues in upstate New York, where he goes to college.

Lyrics to Patient With Me by Aaron Cole:

Yeah yeah gotta keep looking up
Every time I think my struggles over it just keep thickening up
All this pressure weighing on me I just can’t handle it
Oh my God I just can’t handle it
Tell me how I’m supposed to be a better man
When they lying to me then they shake my hand
Where I come from we cut ‘em off that’s the end
But You’re telling me forgive just like You did
Last month I got on Twitter checked my DMs got a text
Was my homie from Virginia he said I’m proud homie you’re next Man that’s all I ever wanted told me stay up and be blessed
But just a week later he got shot down man I’m stressed
All this hate up in my heart everything falling apart
This not how I’m supposed to be help me be who You made me I know what i gotta do
I’m just gotta get right with You
Everyday I fall it’s true
But you know ain’t nothing new
Cause I been working on my troubles yeah you know that it’s a struggle
Please be patient with me
Everyday I fall it’s true
But I’ma flex when I make it through
Cause I been working on my troubles yeah know that it’s a struggle please be patient with me
Well they’re looking up to me but I’m winging it I just gotta let ‘em know it’s You that’s all it is Ain’t got no problems when You got me
When You got me they can’t stop me
Lord just keep me in your promise
Keep me humble please don’t drop me
Please don’t drop me
I can’t get right
Need Your mercy all the time
Work Your magic like You’re Tracy like You’re Tracy in his prime God I need you
I’m just tryna get right with you
Don’t fret my God ain’t through with me yet
I’m leaning on him I’ma be my best He ain’t through with me

Stream/Purchase The Trap by Derek Minor: http://smarturl.it/DMTheTrap

After a tremendously, successful release of his eighth studio album, The Trap, Derek Minor is back with a visual for the hit track, “Man”!

The Cardec-produced song has been a fan favorite ever since the album dropped in August and unforgettable for Derek as well.

“Every time I get to connect with Cardec on a record it brings the best out of me. The “Man” record was really just catching a vibe in the studio and putting a song together about where we are in life.” – Derek Minor

On top of “Man” being a dope song, the visual is most certainly one you’ll rewatch multiple times. As Derek puts it, it’s a piece of art.

“The crew at Signature Sound always have unique visions when it comes to creating videos. I knew that I needed a team with a special eye for aesthetics and they delivered. Many people shoot videos but it’s rare to find people that can bring a song to life visually. That’s what the “Man” visual is to me… a living and breathing piece of art.” – Derek Minor

Everyone deals with some sort of addiction. Everyone has something that they have had to fight or still fight on a daily basis. All addictions do not come in the same form. Some deal with drug addiction, alcohol addiction, porn addiction, tobacco addiction, addiction to a person whether they be the same sex or opposite sex, food addiction, gambling addiction, shopping addiction, social media addiction etc. I want you to know that you are not alone and God can deliver you from those addictions. You just have to help yourself by not putting yourself in situations where that addiction you struggle with can tempt you to fall to it. When you do that he will provide you with the strength to overcome those addictions. You can be free with prayer and a strategic plan of action to shut off and avoid the slightest things that could cause you to fall. How bad do you want your freedom? I know the struggle, and I’m praying for you. God Bless…. God still loves you and always will. I love you as well, and I’m praying for you.
